All Standard Ground Service shipping (US only) is free, Alaska and Hawaii will be charged less a $6.00 credit. 2nd Day or Overnight Air Service will be charged to your credit card after calculation on multiple item orders FedEx Guarantees to obtain a signature from any person at the delivery address; or from a neighbor, building manager, other person at a neighboring address or leave a FedEx door tag authorizing release.

FedEx will make up to three attempts at delivery. A notice that delivery has been attempted will be left at the recipient’s address after the first and second attempts. Once a signature is obtained Zelli Shoes assumes no further liability for the shipment and no refunds will be given..

Pricing
In the event that a Zelli Overstock Bargains product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Zelli Overstock Bargains reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Zelli Overstock Bargains reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Zelli Overstock Bargains shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Return Policy
We guarantee all defective or wrong sized merchandise for 30 days from receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return the unused (without sole scuffs or shoe uppers creased) for a prompt refund or exchange for another shoe or size of equal value. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number from returns@zellioverstockbargains.com before returning to guarantee an exchange or credit. Exchanges for another shoe of higher value will incur an additional charge, which we will notify you prior to replacement. Due to low quantities at these overstock bargain prices, if we do not have your new requested size, and only if the shoes are in unused condition, will we issue you a credit or refund.
